Jordan - World Economic Forum : President Guelleh speaks with Jordan's King Abdullah II
On the sidelines of his participation in the work of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa whose work is being held in Amman, the President of the Republic, Mr. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, met this Saturday with the King of Jordan, His Majesty Abdullah II.

At the same time, they discussed ways and means of further strengthening the ties of cooperation between the two brotherly and friendly countries, the Republic of Djibouti and the Kingdom of Jordan.
Also in the context of his participation in the World Economic Forum, the Head of State met today in Amman the founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, Mr. Klaus Schwab.
The transformation of Djibouti into a logistics and commercial hub and its leading role in regional economic integration have been the focus of discussions between the two parties.
Taking advantage of this meeting, Klaus Schwab extended an official invitation to President Guelleh for his participation in future editions of the World Economic Forum to be held in Ethiopia and South Africa.
Lastly, let us recall that an important delegation including among others the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, and his colleague of the Economy and Finances, Mr. Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh, accompanies the head of the State as part of its participation in the work of the World Economic Forum in Amman, Jordan.
