definition of the Seal of the Republic .

THIS LAW SUIT CONTENT
Seen The Constitution of 15 September 1992;
Seen Decree No. 99-0059/PRE of 12 May 1999 appointing members of the government and establishing their authority;
Article 1 : The seal of the Republic of Djibouti is represented by a laurel wreath within which are a shield and a spear topped with a five-pointed star . The shield and spear are surrounded on both sides by two hands holding each Djibouti traditional dagger.
Article 2 : The crown of laurels is the recognized representative of the people of Djibouti after his victory in the independence June 27, 1977 peace.
Shield, lance and star symbolize the defense of national sovereignty and integrity of the territory .
The two traditional daggers held by two hands symbolize the culture and traditions of the people as the foundation of National Solidarity .
Article 3 : The seal is reserved for the exclusive use of the President of the Republic, the National Assembly and the Constitutional Council. The President of the Republic may appoint to use the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ambassadors accredited .
Article 4 : This law shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti since its promulgation and enforcement as state law .
